Delivery Areas and Timeframes
Duralex currently ships exclusively within mainland France. We do not deliver to Corsica, overseas territories (DOM-TOM), or internationally at this time.

Important: The “total delivery time” equals the processing time (1–2 business days) plus the estimated transit time (3–5 business days). The transit time is an estimate provided by the carrier, not a guaranteed delivery date. Adverse weather, peak periods (year-end holidays, sales events), or unforeseen events may cause delays beyond our control.
Order Processing
Any order placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on a business day is processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is validated, followed by a second email with your tracking number once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Tracking and Receipt
You can track your parcel directly through the link provided by the carrier in your shipping confirmation email. If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel at a pickup point or apply its standard second-delivery procedure. If tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 48 hours at info@duralex.it.com so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
No Taxes
Duralex charges no sales tax, additional VAT, or customs fees on orders delivered within mainland France. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount due. No additional charges are added after your order is confirmed.
