Order Processing
All orders placed on duralex.it.com are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET on a business day will enter processing the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off time, or on weekends and holidays, will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery Area and Timeframes
We currently ship to mainland France only. The table below outlines the total estimated delivery time from the moment your order is placed:

The total delivery time equals processing time plus carrier transit time. The transit time of 3–5 business days is an estimate provided by the carrier, not a guaranteed delivery date. Weather conditions, peak seasons, or unforeseen events may occasionally affect delivery.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free of charge on all orders delivered within mainland France. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free shipping. We do not apply any handling fees or surcharges at checkout.
Carriers and Tracking
We select a suitable carrier based on your delivery location within France to ensure reliable service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel’s progress directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@duralex.it.com.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking information provided. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, or if you believe your parcel has been lost or misdelivered, contact us at info@duralex.it.com or call +33 04 70 06 70 61 during our service hours. We will open an investigation with the carrier and keep you informed of the outcome.
Taxes
We do not charge any sales tax on orders. The price you see at checkout is the final amount you pay. No additional tax calculations are applied at any stage of the checkout process.
