3. Products and Pricing

Taxes: Duralex charges no sales tax or additional VAT on orders delivered within mainland France. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount due.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of order. All transactions are secured by SSL. No hidden fees are applied: the amount charged corresponds exactly to the total displayed in the cart.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via Colissimo or Chronopost. Delivery is provided within mainland France within 3 to 5 business days after shipment, for a total delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. Shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. The transit time is an estimate by the carrier and not a guarantee. Duralex cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier, exceptional weather conditions, or peak periods.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return conditions are detailed in the Return and Refund Policy available on the site. In summary: you have 30 calendar days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Returns are free. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of the return, with the amount appearing on your account within 7 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
